Can't copy and paste new monitor

Maybe it's just my inexperience, but I can't seem to get copy and paste monitor to work at all. Not a huge deal normally, but I have a cluster of identical servers that serve up a java application that gives us specific data via mbeans. I want to duplicate the monitor I created on 1 server to also monitor the other 11. We are monitoring about 8 of the mbeans out of several hundred, so to go back and recreate the monitors without copy and paste is a task that may take weeks...days at minimum. Copy and Paste would have it done in about 20 minutes (or less). Every time I try, the copy/paste fails, and the only information I get back is it seems to want to use port 9999. I have no idea where it's getting that from, as we use a different port for our JVM management.

Any help in getting this copy paste to work would be appreciated.
