We have Application Manager build 12600 installed on Windows 2012 R2 std box with following architecture.

1 Admin Server

2 Managed Server

and remote MSSQL DB

We have installed one JAVA APM Insight agent successfully, it is collecting data as well. But in APM Insight tab in AppManager web console, when I click on Web Transaction --> Select One Transaction --> Try to get raw data, it is giving me blank page. However, it is working for Database tab.

Please help.
