Hi, Would like to have a option to change the sequence of identity verification. Currently it is sms/email verification code verified follow by security answer. It will be good if the security answer can come first then follow by sms/email verification code. This is to prevent any users from keep entering other perople username for unlocking account. Hi, Can you suggest a solution to implement the ADSelfServices Plus in public network? I understand the ADSelfServices Plus is internal facing, as it need to talk to the AD. If I want to make it to public, which mean our user are able to reset their password in anywhere? Do you have any suggestion? Any security concern and recommendation? LDAP Macros
We are attempting to use the macros on the enrollment email. So far only the custom attribute of "username" will display correctly in the email. How can we use the default attributes, such as displayName? Currently it literally displays as %displayName%, not the ldap data intended.

Web application access using reverse proxy
Hello, I publish Web application ADSelfService using a reverse Proxy. This application is now reachable using a URL with this format : https://XXX.XXX.XXX/ADSelfService/. Application is reachable but I've got a problem with js (javas script). js are placed in https://XXX.XXX.XXX/ADSelfService/js/ but ADSelsService try to access js using this URL https://XXX.XXX.XXX/js/. Unexpected and inconsistent basic authentication prompts
When accessing ADSelfService from OS X (domain-joined or otherwise), I see basic authentication prompts (screenshot below) in Chrome (27.0.1453.93) and Firefox (20). Safari (6.0.4) acts like it's trying to load the login page, but it never appears and I don't see a basic auth prompt. In Chrome, it doesn't matter what I enter in the basic auth prompt (ADSelfService credentials or enrolled AD user credentials). Licence FAILURE, can't install new one
Has anyone else come across a problem such that when the licence has expired, the web interface won't work properly -- so it's not possible to fix the licence failure? I'm getting "Exception in:/jsp/tabcomponent/LicenseUpgrade.jsp" and the logs indicate that the licence status is null, so I suppose then that the software throws unhandled exceptions instead of politely asking the user to register. Did anyone else find a clever way around this problem?

I've tried searching but so far haven't found anything relating to this. when I try to push the GINA out to a new pc the page returns "Exception in:/jsp/configuration/GinaComponents.jsp] null" and if I try to use the button form any computer it was previously installed on I get a blank white page. has anyone else encountered this?

ResetADSSPPassword.bat isn't working
Hey guys, For some reason our adself service admin password isn't what it's meant to be *mutter mutter* and we don't have any idea what it is. So we have to reset it. Looked in the fourms and was suggested i use the ResetADSSPPassword.bat. I have tried running this while the service was running and while it wasn't running with no luck. Also tried it in a elevated command prompt and a normal command prompt. Any Ideas? Says the below: C:\Program Files (x86)\ManageEngine\ADSelfService Plus\bin>resetADSSPPassword.bat

Please make the "Advanced" configuration window with the "Block User" and "Reset / Unlock" options etc much wider. It is too small to easily write the notification messages. Also, this window really feels like a kludge - these options should not be in a catch-all floating window. Hello, I would like to display an information page to users attempting to unlock/reset their password. I'd like to show it after they put in their username but before they're asked for security question/SMS code. This is different than the password policy, which you can already configure. I'd like a page by itself that can be configured with rich HTML to display anything I want. I'd like to include organizational policies and other IT information here that is on it's own page to make it more visible.

Employee Search - Results Aliases
Just started using ADSelfService+ as a trial to allow users to manage their details and search other users (not using the password stuff yet). Looks great so far but have one issue that's fairly important to us. Historically we have stored a user's CostCentre in the HomePhone field in AD (don't ask). For the SelfService feature I can rename that field in the layout manager, however, when we report on this data on the Employee Search screen only the original field name shows. We are also about

Case Sensitive Quick Search on Restrict Users License Management page
The "Admin" tab, "License Management" section, and "Restrict Users" Page, the Quick Search there for Display Name and SAM Account Name is currently case sensitive, this has caused some confusion for helpdesk staff who have been unable to find a restricted user and allow access because they've not entered the search parameters in identical case match. Please can you make searching on either of these fields non-case sensitive, thank you.

Unable to Login to Admin Page
When I attempt to login to the admin page which is hidden from the Login Screen, the page tries to load and then goes back to the regular sign-in screen. I am trying to access directly from the server the application is hosted on and the application is running on Port 80 with a SQL backend database. ADselfservice + without the selfservice bit
Hi we are looking to implement a user verification system on our network in the next few weeks to assist in password resets. Can ADSS be used by the service desk only to verify a user and allow the password to be reset. i.e. we do not wish to allow self service of password resets and or account unlocks but so want the service desk to confirm the user is who they say they are by requesting the 2nd and 5th letters of the predefined word.
SSL invalid w/ wrong dates
I have a cert from godaddy that's installed, but not showing correct dates rendering it as untrusted to end users. Checking the certs in the jre\bin file show correct dates. I've tried running the keytool import again and doublechecking the server.xml. Any suggestions on how to get the cert corrected so it's trusted? Thanks
