Cant reset the password the + is missing at "my mobile number"

Cant reset the password the + is missing at "my mobile number"

When I want to reset a Password with the SelfServiceportal the + is missing at the mobile number, the number itself is correct but without +. If I want to continue then incorrect number appears. At the Active Directory the number is correct with +
