I would like to know how to add secondary email address without user to enroll in the ADSelfServicePlus?

I would like to roll out the system without user enrollment. All information will be provided by user and setup by administrator. So if user need to reset their password, they would able to select their default email address (e.g. Exchange) and the 2nd email address (e.g. personal address).
