ResetADSSPPassword.bat isn't working

Hey guys,

For some reason our adself service admin password isn't what it's meant to be *mutter mutter* and we don't have any idea what it is. So we have to reset it. Looked in the fourms and was suggested i use the ResetADSSPPassword.bat. I have tried running this while the service was running and while it wasn't running with no luck.

Also tried it in a elevated command prompt and a normal command prompt.

Any Ideas? Says the below:
