Licence FAILURE, can't install new one
Has anyone else come across a problem such that when the licence has expired, the web interface won't work properly -- so it's not possible to fix the licence failure?
I'm getting "Exception in:/jsp/tabcomponent/LicenseUpgrade.jsp" and the logs indicate that the licence status is null, so I suppose then that the software throws unhandled exceptions instead of politely asking the user to register.
Did anyone else find a clever way around this problem?
New to ADSelfService Plus?
