Hi Is it possible to set a mandatory password reset question and one that can be selected by the user? For instance if I wanted to have one question as the payroll number which will never change and one personal question that the user chooses? Thanks Richard

Hi All, I've inherited the support for our ADSelfService Plus Software. We started to experience an issue a few weeks ago where the ADSelfService Plus software was crashing after approx. 10-12 hours of operation. When we attempt to restart the Service after it crashes, the Service starts, and then stops. Server unreachable, right now!
I have set up the force enrollment script as detailed in the documentation. However when I log on as a user that has Force Enrollment applied to their policy, I get a popup message box that says "Server unreachable, right now! Firewall is off on both server and workstation. I am able to get to the web console from the workstation with no problems.

Hi, So i am in the process of setting ADSelfService Plus up and have basically everything working correctly apart from the Enrollment. I have setup the configuration policy to apply to 2 containers in Active Directory (with users in both) and have set Force Enrollment to apply to these containers. The hta script has been placed in to Sysvol and a time has been set for the hta script to run. However at logon or at the time of the notification nothing is being displayed to the user. Hello, is it possible to limit the results shown in the edit Manager Dialog to a certain OU ? currently it shows all accounts in the AD even service accounts which the user don't need to see when choosing his manager. or is there a chance to have a search field only where the user put in the first letters of the name of his manager and press the search button for completing the name? thanks Thomas

Domain Dropdown Disappears
Has anyone reported or seen an issue where when a user tries to login to the enrollment section, after entering their username/password/domain incorrectly, the dropdown list disappears? I looked at the User Attempts Log, and none of the failed attempts show up in the log. Only after the user refreshed and logged in successfully, was anything recorded in the log. Is it possible to monitor the success of the automatic DB backup inside ADSSP ? Since our default backup tool does not have integration with MySQL we have to rely on the backup that ADSSP creates and then backup the .zip file. We would like to be sure that the backup (.zip) that was created is correct / consistent.

Customize enrollment email
Hi, I need to edit my enrollment email notification and am unable to find where to do this. I did it prior to the latest upgrade, but for the life of me, can no longer find the text I need to edit. Following the enrollment notification directions here (http://www.manageengine.com/products/self-service-password/help/admin-guide/index.html) did not help. A second issue is that new users can now change their passwords without enrolling first, and I have the option checked to force enrollment.
Cannot exit Multi-Factor Authentication Security Password questions screen
Hi, When I browse to Multi-factor Authentication > Question Settings > Edit Questions ... the screen pops up and shows the list administrator defined questions. However, I cannot close this screen once it has popped up. Even if I make a change to one of the questions and click save, I still cannot close the screen. Hi, I contact ManageEngine support about the default number of security question in ADDSP. By default we have only 10 questions displayed in the software, nevertheless, if I look in the ApplicationResources.properties file (located in ADSelfService Plus\resources\adssp directory), 35 questions are available. Hi, I have been setting up password notifier, sending out a few test emails, all working fine. The email send out came from noreply@adselfserviceplus.com I went to change to a internal email, to avoid confusion from out users. Problem no matter what email I enter, I am meet with an error when testing that email "Username and Password not accepted by the mail server" Only thing I changed was the from address and the SMTP Authentication, in fact entered the same information as we ave in service desk

Restricted Users report export problem
Hi, I love that you added the ability to export the restricted users list. However, I notice that is only exporting the first 25 names on the list. I can't get it to export more either.
