How are your apps tested for security? Also I installed ADSelfService Plus App for Android and unable to set up server settings on Samsung Galaxy S4, version 4.4.2. Message is “unable to process the request please try again sometime’. The settings do work on the iOS app.

Hi, We want to force the ADSelfService Plus enrollment using the script. Everything works fine but as users finish their registration, the end window can not be closed and stays on top of the desktop. Is there a way to solve this besides a keyboard combination?

If I want to send an enrollment notification email, will it only send to the selected OUs I choose even though the TO: box has my domain entered into it? I am trying to send a notification to a selected group not the entire domain so want to check before I do anything. Thanks
Registered user can't use GINA Portal - Asking for Verification Code
Heya ManageEngine, I've got a registered user that has registered with his questions and he can not use the GINA portal as it comes up with this: You are required to subscribe for Verification COde. Please login (If you remember your password) and subscribe. Contact your admin in case you don't remember your password. This is strange as none of my polices have the Verification code section selected nor is it even enabled. This user has been enrolled since 2012 so its odd that its coming up with this
Security Questions not in English
Hi, i have a problem when i use Gina to reset my password. When i have to answers the 2 security questions they are in French or sometimes they are mixed French/English. All my pc are set in English, but still have no chance to have my questions only in English. All my parameters seems to be ok in windows and web browser. Any idea ? Thank you Pascal

We are running AD Self Service 5.1 Build 5100. I am wondering on the Password Strength meter how some of the calculations are. I went in and set the advanced options of Min 7, Max 25, Special 2, Begin with Letter, use Upper and Lower, use Numbers, Prevent Palindrome, Disallow use of 3 consecutive characters from userID, and prevent pattern qwerty,asdf,1234 I then went to Microsoft's password strength tester (https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/pc-security/password-checker.aspx) and came up
GINA Client & Wireless Authentication
We're running through some testing with our RADIUS policies but thought I'd ask here in case anyone has successfully implemented a solution for this. We run a mixture of certificate and radius based authentication for our wireless clients. So...if a user comes to the logon screen and needs to unlock/reset their account/password, they click the GINA client button...and as they are not authenticated cannot get a network connection, so obviously the ADSSP webpage does not load. AD Roles
We have SelfServicePlus installed on a server which is going to be shutdown because of a new Server Provider, on the new server provider we cannot assign Domain Admin rights. What rights/roles should the service account for SelfServicePlus at least have ? I guess something with password reset, account unlock, what else ? Thanks in advance.

High CPU (java.exe) on ADSelfService Plus 5.1 Build 5102
Hi, I am already referring to https://forums.manageengine.com/topic/high-cpu-26-1-2011. Changing the run.bat and wrapper.conf didn't result in a changed behaviour. CPU is at about 50% (max MHz of 1 core). Any ideas? Regards, Alex
Nested AD Groups
With the new feature of being able to include users by AD group, this has posed a question about nested groups. I have not been successful in being able to get members nested in sub groups to be allowed access to program. IE: ADSSP allows access to Group1 Group1 contains a handful of users, and Group2 Group2 contains more users. Any users in Group2 cannot login. Is this a bug or not supported? If it's not supported, can it be added?

Employee Search embed dont work in wordpress
Hi. I have build an Intranet in wordpress and would like to embed the Employee Search on a Wordpress page. But I cant get this to Work, does anyone know how to get this to Work. Another test I did was to create a simple html page, open it in IE 11, and nothing shows. Open the same page in Firefox/Chrome, and everything is fine. Is it a problem with IE 11 and the java script?

In my AdSelfServicePlus installation i would like to add another domain but i have an error and i don't know where is the problem. My server is able to reach domain server of the other domain with credentials used, user is already a Domain Admin user of the other domain. In the jpeg attached the error . Please help me . Paolo G

Has anyone done any major web page customizations on the ADSSPlus pages? I would like to make some changes but not a web developer. Time/Date Format for Technicians
Hello - I have changed the date/time format, along with the time zone when logged in as the system admin. However, my technician accounts are not seeing this change, and do not have the option to change it. All of my reports are showing time in a different time zone, and the formats for time and date are not proper. How do I correct this for the technicians? FYI, the technicians are local accounts, not AD accounts. Thanks

The Google API was enabled and we have a hosted company domain. After configurations were made in Password Sync for Google APPS the system returned an error: Unable to establish connection. Please verify the Proxy Settings. We use no "Proxy Servers" and nslookup and ping work from the server to gamil.xxxxx.com * Domain Name : gmail.xxxxx.com * User Name : abc@xxxxx.com The rest is self explaining. Has anyone been able to get the Password Sync to work with Google API?

Change Title header on Gina interface
I would like to know how to change the tiltle on the Gina Interface page. It currently says "ManageEngine - AD SelfService Plus" I would like to be able to change this to reflect my company information. As well as the "A" logo beside it. F5 Load Balancer and ADSelfservice Password
Hi, I am trying to set up a F5 Reverse Proxy for ADSelfservice Plus to access the HTTP webpage. The F5 would offload the SSL certificate while sending HTTP traffic to the node (port 8888). For some reason I cannot get it to work, do you have any documentation on allowing this feature to happen? I've tried editing the server.xml to and included the proxyName and proxyPort but to no avail. Thanks, -Rich
