In Reset password context :

Is there a way to configure ADSSP to mandate the code verification by email on top of answering the security questions. 

I want to use both in same time, not one or the other.

That is for ensuring maximum security while reset password can occur via the Internet:

- something you know : Security Questions

- something you have : Verification code
