ADSSP Mobile application version 1.0.7 - issue IOS device cannot log on when password contain special character and other.

1. IOS device cannot log in ADSSP via mobile application when password contain special character like "&" but can log in via web portal and android version. Error show as "Invalid username or password"

2. It seem for mobile app, mandatory question for enroll will not show automatically like when using via web portal.  [Solve build 5113]

3. When enable enforce Active directory password history during password reset. It has some bug on both web portal and mobile version when try reset password.
Web portal version.
1st attempt set new password = current password > app show The specified password does not meet the password policy complexity defined, try again.  (correct)
2nd attempt set new password = current password > app show The specified password does not meet the password policy complexity defined,try again. (correct)
3rd attempt set new password = current password > app show successful reset. (incorrect)

Mobile app version IOS & Android
1st attempt set new password = current password > app show your password has been reset  > Password Reset fail for some of the accounts. Do you want to try again? then press yes   (correct but should not show password has been reset)
2nd attempt set new password = current password > app suddenly close unexpected and I got mail password successfully reset. (incorrect) 


4.when attempt to set new password on reset password process.
If it only miss on some policy, it should show error only on that policy instead of display all policy.
Ex. password min = 8  but other policy in password was fine. Should show error only password min should be ....
