Hi all, I'm soo bored 2003 to 2008 migration, migration procedure and unresolved problem. Backed up DB (MySQL Db) Stoped services (old machine) I installed your setup exe. (4.5 version) After installation downloaded and installed service packs. (new server version 5.2 build 5200 like old server) Restored DB. Hi guys - We have this setup, and everything is working great except for the Ctrl+Alt+Del > Change Password > Reset Password link. When we click on that link outside of our network, we get a page cannot be displayed even though you can hit the web site through the browser without problem. If we are on the network, or connected via VPN it works great, so there must be some kind of firewall/port thing going on but again it's only affecting that Reset Password link as users can get to the website all

Slow login adselfservice Plus
Hello. I'm having an issue where when a user log to the login screen, it's taking 40+ seconds to login. The nework is fine, all the required ports are opened from the server to the AD. The setup is DMZ configuration. I've used wireshark to track the network traffic, and those 40+ seconds, there is nothing waiting, it's like the application is hanging there doing nothing. Thanks.

I just setup ADSelfService Plus and it is working great. I would like the users to what ever email address is tied to the account instead of the username. Is this possible? Example Name - John Doe Username - jdoe Domain - ABC.com Email - johndoe@yahoo.com I want the user to be able to login or reset there password with the email address that is tied to AD instead of the username. User able to repeat password with ADSelfService Plus
We discovered that although through normal conventions, a user is unable to use their last 12 passwords in active directory, when resetting with the ADSelfService page, they are able to use the current or last 12 password to successfully reset their password. Is there anyway to prevent this? Has anyone else experienced this? Thanks

PSO Password Policy Doesn't Show
Hi, I am doing a trial setup of ADSS+ and have all but one element working. Ours is a multi-organization forest so we have top level OU's that represent individual organizations. Each of these have a PSO (fine grained password policy applied). Due to the above setup the account we use cannot be a domain admin and I have given the basic permission outlined in the guide. Probably a new feature request, but we have some user details we'd like to "lock", so they can't be changed, however if the information is missing they can use AD Self Service to add it. Hi all, Just wanted to see if anyone had run across the problem before. We have just configured and installed ADSelfServicePlus. We are installing this with an existing AD forest. When existing users try to change their passwords or update their personal information they receive the Error Code - 80070005 please contact your administrator" message. Hi. I have this issue in 5100 all the way through 5114. Scenario: User has Must change password at next login flagged in AD Using the GINA client (browser works fine, only in GINA does this happen) customer goes to enroll (we added a link to enroll on the ResetUnlock.html page) Customer logs in, and changes their password. After changing the password, the tool tells them it was successful and to click here to login. In the GINA client, that link doesn't do anything.

Can I ask what other people are using for challenge questions? I've gone to great lengths to have questions that have memorable non changing answers but am getting feedback that some people can't relate to the questions.
