Anyone had any trouble using ADSS over external connection?
Hi guys -
We have this setup, and everything is working great except for the Ctrl+Alt+Del > Change Password > Reset Password link. When we click on that link outside of our network, we get a page cannot be displayed even though you can hit the web site through the browser without problem.
If we are on the network, or connected via VPN it works great, so there must be some kind of firewall/port thing going on but again it's only affecting that Reset Password link as users can get to the website all day without problem internally or externally.
I worked with support, and Kumar was great but he seemed to think it was a problem with the WWAN service, but the fact that it works when connected via VPN kinda shoots that down.
Any ideas?
