Challenge Question Headache
Can I ask what other people are using for challenge questions?
I've gone to great lengths to have questions that have memorable non changing answers but am getting feedback that some people can't relate to the questions. The upshot is that I need more user-friendly questions (yes I know what you're going to say!)
Ideally what i would like is for the user to set up their own questions and answers, then when they try a password reset they are asked for a certain character in the answer, not the whole answer. Is this on the roadmap for ADSSP?
In the meantime if anyone can suggest some questions I'd appreciate it
