when testing the GINA client with SSL 3.0 disabled but TLS 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2 enabled, I get a "This page can't be displayed error with the following text: 

" Turn on SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 in Advanced settings and try connecting to https://%ourserver%:9251 again."

There's a button to change settings, but the link is broken. 

Is this a client-side issue with the SSL 3.0 being off, or a server-side setting that I need to change?
