Inactive Users Report Issue
Hi, When generating an Inactive Users Report and adding the Days Since Last Logon column we are seeing an issue. The Days Since Last Logon is displaying correctly from the web GUI but when the report is exported (to any format) that column's data is not being converted to days. An account with Days Since Last Logon of 1838 days is displaying a figure of 127803237855000000 when the report is exported. This doesn't appear to be meaningful data.
Limit on csv modify user.
I need to modify over 2000 users to include information that is visible in Outlook address book. I have tested my csv so that it does what I need, but when I try to do the 2000 + csv it appears to stop at 100 users. Is this the upper limit in ADManger for modifying users? Is there also a limit on creating users with a csv? Thank You.

I would like to ask all forum users whether they produce any reports for apecific user with all his daily login info (all logons,all logoffs). Such a report was asked by upper Mgmt and was wondering whether this typoe of report can be incororated in ADManager plus reports. Kindest regards SL

bulk delete computers
Hello, I only have the 30 day free version at this moment but whe are going to buy the full profesional version. Does the 30 days version support bulk delete computers ? I have made a csv with the name object in the first line and all computers under it. but AD manager Plus is not deleting the computers. The question is is this because of a test version.

is there a report i can run that will show if a specified user has recently accessed any mailbox? i know i can run reports to show permissions but i need to find out within the last 7 days if a particular user has accessed other resource mail accounts

E-Mail Field not populating
I am having an issue bulk creating users using a CSV. Users generate successfully, however the E-Mail field within the General tab of the user properties doesn't populate. In addition to other attributes, I am attempting to populate the E-Mail field within the General tab of the user properties. My csv file includes the "mail" header and associated mail address. E-Mail field populated when user not email enabled
When creating a user in ADManager, the E-Mail field (on the User Profile tab) is auto populated even when the user is not email enabled (the template is configured with no email). If creating a single user, we can delete the contents from the E-Mail field. But when creating bulk users, if we delete the contents, they are automatically re-populated when the user is created. Dear support, I'm testing out ADmanager Plus. I have created a csv file with a few users. When i bulk import the users with the passwords the users are forced to change there password at next logon. Have updated to 5010. I run an inactive user report. When I try to modify a user in the list and click update user, I get a blank white page. The AD info isn't updated.

Exclude never logged on users in automated reports/robo requestor
We have used admanager for a couple of years. Why can't the automated/robo requestor for inactive user reports have the option to exclude never logged on users and exclude disabled users? The automated processes are pretty useless to me without it. I need this feature.
ADManager ibdata1 data file too big
I have inherited AD Manager Plus which we have a corporate license for. The problem at the moment is that the ibdata1 mysql database is about 46Gb big and I would like to shrink this. From a AD Manager Plus point of view, what would be the best way to go about this? Shrinking the existing file or just start with a new databases? Thanks in advance for the help.

Exclude specific OU's?
I see in SDP there is a way to exclude OU's from all scanning, but i need to do the same with ADmanager Plus and i can't seem to find where i would do that at. Is that functionality available?

Every time I try to run a report I get the error message: UserName/PassWord is Wrong - Error Code : 8007052e Under the "Domain Settings" the status says 1. dc.company.net : Unable to contact AD Server I deleted the domain and readded it and the status under "Domain Settings" said "Success", until I refreshed and I got the above error again. The login is correct, I verified the password and it is able to log into the domain controller. This is a fresh install of AD Manager 5.0.0 build 5000. Thanks.
Group Creation does not generate email address
When creating a distribution group through ADManager Plus and selecting the check box to "Create an Exchange E-Mail Address", the address never gets created. If I open up my Exchange manager console, I can see the that distribution group does get created but if I open up that group and go to the Email Address tab, there is no email address and it never gets genereated. I also notice that the check box for "Automatically update e-mail addresses based on e-mail address policy" is not selected. To generate

I have installed the application on one of our domain contrllers and want the five users to be able to access this aaplication from their desktops. What do I have to do to add a icon to their desktops so they may access the application, without actually starting a RDC connection? Hello, I hopefully have a quick and easy question. Is there a way with the Recently Deleted Users Report to show what account actually made the deletion. It is wonderful being able to see recently deleted accounts, but it would be nice to find out the user that made the deletion. Thank you for any help that can be provided.
Can't select template or create user when technician is not a super admin
Hi, I've created a specific Help Desk Role for my IT staff to use. The Role has full access except over the AD Delegation tab. I'm finding they cannot select user templates. If I make them a Super Admin it works fine. Under the helpdesk technican, they have user templates set to all and the default template isn't configured. If I configure a default template, then I can select from the other templates. The only issue is that I have two domains so if I browse to create a user in the other domain,
Naming Formats
I create user folders based on a custom attribute which contains a two digit number, sn and givenName. (11LastFirst). Is there a way to have this data (attribute) available to create a naming format. I also use it for sAMAccountName. Also... Am I missing something or is there no way to edit an existing format. TIA, mhowle

Windows OS version incorrect
When I look at a report by computers and look at the computers in my Member Servers OU, the OS all show up as Windows 2003, even though several of those servers are running Windows 2003 R2.
Error Code : 525 Error in Creating Home Directory, Access is denied.
When using latest version of ADManager Plus to import student names from a csv file, I receive the following error. Error Code : 525 Error in Creating Home Directory, Access is denied. I can not figure out why this is. 2 days ago it imported 700 users fine. When I go onto the DC and into user properties I see the home directory as being listed for example as cgsd-nashome est estuser If I delete testuser and put %username% it creates the folder instantly. Distribution List corruption
Hi there. We are evaluating ADManager Plus version 4.4.0 (Build no: 4412) and we think we've uncovered a bug in the product. When we try and manage an existing distribution list and add a user to it, ADManager Plus seems to corrupt the distribution list and all emails to that DL bounce. We've tried this several times and every single distribution list we touch ends up being corrupted. Is this a know issue? Can I provide any additional details for a resolution?
