We looked at ADManager about 2 years ago and when renaming the user it had the same downfall as just  renaming a user via Active Directory.  That problem is that it didn't rename the tsprofile and home directory when a user was renamed.   Is this still the same with the newest version of ADManager Plus?  I ask because I work in a hospital and when a user is renamed it is manadatory that the Home directory and TS profile also get the name changed? 

How does the newest version of AdManager Plus go about renaming a user?
