Generated reports out of ADManager received through email (Exchange) in a zip folder will not open or extract in WIndows 7.  Receive error "The comppressed (zipped) Folder 'path listed here' is invalid".

 

Do not have any archive/zip products installed.  We only use the native compression built into the OS. 

 

Researched hot fixes on Windows 7 and found no hits. Any ideas?
