Automated Backups of AD Audit Plus
Good Morning, Can someone tell me where in the AD Manager Plus application you can scheduled automated backups. I am seeing on my server that the system is doing an automated backup the first of every month. I don't see anything in the task scheduler so I am assuming its somewhere configured in the app. Thanks!

Customize completed user creation page?
Is it possible to customize the username and password data/output (on screen or sent via email) confirming that a new user has been created? So for instance we have a help desk software and help desk group that needs to send the username and password for the new user that they just created and send the password and/or user details automatically instead of them having to copy and paste this information manually from the ADManager Plus website? Question about requestor role to add user to a group.
How do I setup a requester role to add a user to a group without actually giving the requester access to the group? For example Our ADManager users have the ability to add users from their offices to different groups under their respective OUs. Now I want the ADManager user to also be able to submit a request to have themselves or others added to the "domain admins" group. Syncing Titles, Departments, Office and Companies
Is it possible to stop AD from syncing things like Titles and Departments to AD Manager? It appears that when someone edits something in AD like a title or department it then adds that title/department to ADManager Plus. So we have to then continue to clean up the Titles and Departments in AD Manager. Users are picking incorrect or misspelled items when creating a user in ADManger. So we were wondering if the sync can be only one way, from ADManager Pluss to AD.

Home Directory Delete
I'd like to see AD Manager Plus have the ability to delete the Home Directory of users. At the moment the only way to accomplish that is when you delete the user object itself. I'd like to have a separate feature to just delete Home Directory without deleting the user object. Need to Add PO Box Fielrd to All Users Report
We're running ADManager Plus 5.2.0, build 5231, and I'm logged in as a domain admin and a newbie ADMP user. We use the PO Box field for a different purpose, so I need to add it to the All Users report. PO Box is not included in the available fields - nor is Web Page (which would help as well). Need Notification when Users from specific Security Group are Disabled
I set up an automation to start a work order when members of a specific security group are disabled. It is working as designed, however, I need to include the actual User Names in the email being generated. Currently it is sending me an email, and when I go into the request I can click View Objects to see the actual user accounts. Is there a way to include this info in the notification email?

Hierarchy for templates
We have a bunch of store locations that I need to apply specific store contact data to user accounts. So for instance I have been creating user creation templates for each location, that has specific address info for that store. Technician access question
In ADmanager Plus I have set up Technicians and limited there access by OU. I also created templates for new accounts and those templates included user groups that did not exist in the OUs for the technicians. So, when the technician uses the template it will only allow them to add the groups for their own OUs. This kind of makes sense. We have O365 subscriptions, so we use two different new user templates that run a small script at the end to assign either a E2 or E3 O365 license after the user is created in AD. O365 Account Creation
Hi I have a separate server that runs Azure AD Connect. With ADManager Plus being on a separate server, how do I configure it when creating accounts to also make sure the user is put into O365? This may not be necessary since their account would be getting sync'd to O365 via Azure AD Connect automatically (usually within a few minutes). I wasn't sure whether to post this under idea or question because I'm not sure if I'm just missing something here or if it's just not possible currently. I work for a mid-sized bank that has around 100 locations. Each location has a teller, CSR, Branch Manager, Asst. BM and loan people.
