With ADManager Plus being on a separate server, how do I configure it when creating accounts to also make sure the user is put into O365? 

This may not be necessary since their account would be getting sync'd to O365 via Azure AD Connect automatically (usually within a few minutes). 

But, how is it supposed to work if using Azure AD Management only? You would need Azure AD Connect installed locally on the server, and it would just kick off a dirsync? Does DirSync need to be configured? 

Also, is there any means of automatically assigning O365 licenses in the Automation module of ADManager?
