Creation Rule - Additional Email (Make another address Primary)
We started testing using creation rules to try and pair our user creation templates down form 30+ by adding a condition based on Office. However the problem we're having is the email part. We own 6 other companies that have their own unique email addresses and those need to be the reply to addresses (not our main company address which everyone gets). With the Creation rules it seems that it won't let " Automatically update e-mail addresses based on recipient policy" be unchecked unless we specify

OU Access: It is great to see that you can specify which parent OU's the helpdesk have access to. My question is though, can you restrict a sub OU that resides under the parent OU you have granted access to? Is there a report or method for see last login information for helpdesk technicians in the AD Manager Plus tool? I want to be sure the licenses are being consumed by active people and determine how often the tool is being used.

I am trying to move this build from one server to another. I ran the backupDB.bat on the old server and I try running restoreDB.bat <filename> on the new server and it tells me to use the -p flag and then asks for a password. What password does it want? Why is the backupDB.bat encrypting the backup? it shows up as an .ezip. Thanks for any help!

can i run an Automation task for the whole input file?
Hi, I've setup a user de-provisioning process based on a file that our HR dept send us. The automation policy currently reads the file in and runs each step for each user, i would like to be able to create a list of all users in the file and email it to someone. I can write a PowerShell script to do what i want but want it to only run once rather than multiple times. Is this possible in AD Manager Plus? thanks

I have a user when they try to login to AD Manager Plus that gets redirected to the /j_security_check error page using IE or Chrome. All browser history and temporary files have been cleared. If you select more info in Chrome, there is a message stating that the connection was interrupted. Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET running version 6.1.7 Build 6171 Any ideas?

Hi There used to be an option to configure some Microsoft Office Communicator settings while creating the user account. The version of AD Manager I am running now does not have it anymore. Now, we have upgraded to Microsoft LYNC, and tomorrow morning I will upgrade to AD Manager version build 5013 following with the SP to get Exchange 2010 options, and I was wondering if support for configuring accounts with the settings for Microsoft LYNC is going to be in the future version of the AD Manager

Adding OUs to Roles
I would like to see a way to make bulk changes to the OUs and Templates that are available to Help Desk Technicians. Maybe these options can be added as an option under Roles. We have a large number of Help Desk Techicians and it can rather tideous having to set specific OUs and Templates for each one individually. This would be a huge help to customers of large companies.

Hi ME peeps. Can I install a wildcard ssl cert in .PFX format to both ADManager and ADAudit in the same way as its done for ADSelfservice Plus? Hi there! I am suffering problems sending SMS. I have two SMS templates configured, one marked with "Modify User-Bulk Users" and the other with "Contact Attribute". Currently, I have two automation tasks, one modifies a user's attributes (password) by CSV (as a reset, but with a "pre-generated" password). The password is provided by the CSV.
