user redirected to /j_security_check page

user redirected to /j_security_check page

I have a user when they try to login to AD Manager Plus that gets redirected to the /j_security_check error page using IE or Chrome.  All browser history and temporary files have been cleared.

If you select more info in Chrome, there is a message stating that the connection was interrupted.
Error code:  ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

running version 6.1.7 Build 6171

Any ideas?
