How to perform Office 365 calendar management using ADManager Plus

Aside from AD, and Microsoft Exchange management and reporting, ADManager Plus empowers you to manage calendar folder permissions of multiple Office 365 users, in just a few clicks. 

 

Modify Office 365 calendar permissions

Assign or modify the calendar permissions of Office 365 users. Enable notifications to be sent to users who have been granted access to the calendars. 

 

Steps to modify Office 365 Calendar permissions using ADManager Plus: 
  • Log on to ADManager Plus and click on the Office 365 tab

  • Click on the Management option in the left pane. 

  • Go to Calendar Management and click Modify Calendar Permissions.

  • Select the users to whom you wish to assign the permissions.

  • Select the type of permissions that you wish to assign. You can select one of the following permissions:

    • View only 

    • Can edit

    • Can view when I'm busy

    • Can view titles and locations 

    • Can view all details 

  • Select the desired Office 365 tenant account.

  • Search for the required calendars either by typing in the names or by importing a CSV file.

  • Apply the changes. 

 

Remove Office 365 calendar permissions

Revoke the calendar permissions of multiple Office 365 users at once. 

 

Steps to revoke Office 365 Calendar permissions using ADManager Plus: 
  • Log on to ADManager Plus and click on the Office 365 tab. 

  • Click on the Management option in the left pane. 

  • Go to Calendar Management and click Remove Calendar Permissions.

  • Select the user mailboxes, mail users, mail-enabled security groups or guest users whose permissions you wish to revoke. 

  • Select the desired Office 365 tenant account.

  • Search for the required calendars either by typing in the names or by importing a CSV file.

  • Apply the changes.
