Deletion policy When i try to delete user and mailboxs this works fine - BUT within deletion policy i have configured it to move users home folder to another destination. it errors saying it cannot make a folder that already exists ?

Automation has been "running" for 3 days
Hello, I am having an issue with an automation I created. It has run multiple times in the past without any issues, but recently it started skipping days. I attempted to run it manually on 8/28/17 and it has not completed still. I have tried running it manually every morning since then and receive the attached message. Is there a way for me to stop the automation? It doesn't show up under "All Requests" in the workflow so I am confused on how to stop it..
Users Not in Group Report for Automation
The report "Users Not in Groups" needs to be added to the list of cached reports that can be selected in the user Automated section. We need this report to run against an automated task. Don't forget to allow conditions for it as well. Thanks
Use Case: Receive Email / SMS Notifications whenever a user & password is reset using ADManager Plus
We can send an email and/or SMS notifications to the concerned user(s), and if necessary, their managers and IT administrators when user's password is reset, by creating and using an appropriate notification profile in Admin settings. Click Admin tab. Under Custom Settings section in the left navigation pane, select Notification Profile. To create a notification profile, click on the Create New Profile button on the top right. Enter a suitable Profile name and Description in the space provided.
Adding 'Custom' Global drop down fields (Like Department, Title, Office, Companies in Admin Menu)
Is there anyway to add more of these special Global Drop down menus? I have some extension attributes I'd like to add to several templates that would make this type of feature very useful.

Populate a field, based on the value of another field during User Creation?
Hi there, we are using the template system to create users. During the User Creation you select Department from the list. In our Organisation each Department has a cost centre code, we put this code in the DepartmentNumber field. How could admanager auto population the Dept Number field, depending on which department is selected from the template for the Department Field.

Error when setting up Office 365 setting in AD Manager
I set up the Azure AD manager module on the server which AD manager operates on. I followed instructions provided on the page to log in to Azure AD and test connection and all worked. When I then go back to AD Manager and try to connect I get error message (see attachment). My account is set up for Office 365 Administration. What do I need to do to make this work?
Provide a privileged username & password to manage all the accounts in: domain more effectively
AD Manager Plus. Under Domain Settings we have Authentication enabled with an AD account created specifically for this purpose. When we try to perform actions we received the message "Provide a privileged username & password to manage all the accounts in: domain more effectively." Putting the in the Account Operators Group did not work. Modifying the user to grant user creation, modification and deletion privileges did not work. Email password when password has been reset
Hi All we have a set of users that are external users. When our helpdesk resets a users password is there a way to email it to the users email address. Hi I'd like to use AD Manager to import and have a scheduled sync of user accounts from an external Active Directory via AD Manager to the Active Directory managed by AD Manager. Is this possible. It would only be basic information. It's mainly to sync displayName and SIP URI AD attributes only (the rest would be filled via an AD Manger template). thanks
Unable to delete users
Unable to delete the User.Access is denied. - Error Code : 80070005 Our Account logged into AD manger is Domain Admin, The account I'm trying to delete is in a Different sub domain, This domain is conencted with its own service account into Admanager. Cheers

User based login to different domain controllers
Can ADManager plus point to different DC based on the end user? In larger orgs, it takes time to replicate the changes, causing delays. A computer moved from one OU to another can take up to 20 minutes because it is being done at another site and must replicate.
Greater scheduling options for succsessive tasks
Hi We have a requirement to schedule the enabling\disabling of around 120 accounts on a regular basis. The accounts are put into various sized groups and are currently manipulated manaully. The accounts are used for student exams so it is important that they are enabled\disabled at the appropriate time. ie. Week 1 Group 1 Monday 09:00 - 11:00 Group 2 Monday 10:00 - 11:45 Group 1 Thursday 13:30 - 16:00 Group 2 Friday 10:30 - 12:00 Week 2 Group 1 Wednesday 14:00 - 16:00 Group 2 Tuesday 14:30 - 16:00

I am getting this error while trying start the ManageEngine ADManager Plus service on my Windows 10 machine: "The ManageEngine ADManager Plus service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs." How do I fix this?

Automation with Policy including a template = Cannot run by report
I'm new to ADManager, but am trying to configure an automation policy to run on expired accounts (a 90 day deprovision policy). I can create the automation policy fine, but when I try and tie it to an automation, I am limited to running the automation against a CSV file. I've discovered that, if the automation policy does not include an account modification template I can run the automation against a report instead. Why can't I run an automation policy against a report if I'm modifying accounts
Populating Attributes that have String( Generlized-Time) as syntax
Hi, I have a custom made attribute in our AD that is set to be a String(Generlized-Time) syntax. That we have been using for years. And if I look at the attribute on a user. The value looks like this, 20120601000000.0Z This is for a user that are created on the, first of June 2012. (HR are using a simulare tool as AD Manager Plus to add new users to our AD, with this this information to the attribute.) But when I try to populate this attribute from AD Manager Plus, I get a error that the format is

Auto delete disabled users after 30 days
Hi. We are updating our terminated users policy. We have a on-prem ad synced with Azure AD and Office365. Currently it works like this: HR sends a request by Zendesk to IT who disables the terminated user using the Disable User function. We´d like the AD account to be deleted after 30 days, as a disabled account still receives emails in office 365.
