Force Templates for specific Helpdesk technicians / Requestestors
I am trying to set up requester roles but i would like the requestors to use a specific template. Along don't want the requestors to be able to change the template that we have made for them to use.
With that, I would like one of our Help Desk Technicians to have one specific template view when modifying AD users, and so the only way to change this was to allow our Help Desk Tech to select the template then force them to auto select that one and making it the default but is there any other way to complete this properly?
