Is there an easiest and quickest way to add multiple AD groups to one user?

Because what i am doing now is:

1- AD MGMT tab

2- User Management

3- Group Attributes

4- Add to Group ---> Then i have to choose every group that the user needs by copying pasting...

5- Finaly i put the users in the  Enter name(s) to search field.
