In the previous version opmanager it worked steadily in the new 11.6 connection constantly lost only restores service after restarting opmanager. How can i associate a new template with a MIB?
Hello Support, I've a problem adding a new device, specifically a Cisco Wireless Controller and a Fortigate, the problem is that the default templates that OpManager has doesn´t work with the devices, so i download the MIB and upload them to OpManager, but now i don't know how to associate the new Template with the new MIBs, Do i need to create all the monitors manually or there is a way to use the MIB template and chose the monitors? Hi, On one of our servers in Inventory Details we can see three datastore like this : But Performances Monitors on one part as a weird Name : And on the other part each monitor displays the same datastore when i tested it. I have a workflow with a wait of 48 hours, so my reboot workflow can email users a warning prior to the reboot. But now I need to cancel that workflow. Is there a way to do this before it reboots the server? Thanks

How to monitor server using an account other than administrator
Hi I am trying to add server for monitoring in opmanager but when i click "test credentials" button I get an error "authentication failed" whereas if i use the administrator credentials the same shows "passes".following this link https://apm.manageengine.com/- Access-denied-while-adding- through-WMImode.html I have given all the specified permissions to the user account but still iam facing the same error. how do i fix the issue. any suggestion or steps will be appreciated. I recently added a device to monitored which had SQL installed, but it only has the express version which doesn't come with the Agent. Is there a way to remove the "SQL Server Agent" monitor? When I click "Windows Service Monitors" "MSSQL Services" show up, but I can't edit them.

So, about exchange 2013
from what I have read, exchange 2013 is now supported in OpManager, however, none of the exchange extensions seem to work, with it simply saying that the exchange monitoring service (not a part of exchange 2013) is not running. I looked through the on-line manuals and they simply say that exchange 2013 support is in development. So is exchange 2013 supported or not, and if so, how do you get it to actually monitor exchange functionality? Chris

Hi, I have been verified the CLI is correct and add the AIX Server is normal at the beginning.The CPU, memory, and disk usage according to normal.After a while(may be a polling),these performance parameters will not be able to obtain these values.But CLI validation is correct. When I move the virtual machines to other blades, it seems Opmanager doesn't update the list of virtual machines associated to the blades. IPAM - Insufficient Privileges for WMI Queries in active Directory
Hello We are trying to set up IPAM to use active directory but when ever we enter an administrator username and password we keep getting the following error message Insufficient Privileges for WMI Queries We know that the administrator accounts are working as we have used them for WMI performance monitoring on our servers. OpManager not parsing SSH output
Because I want to run a script on a UTM, linux based, I got a problem when OpManager tries to parse the SSH output, but can't fix it. Because OpManager executes: cd /tmp echo $? On the log I can't see a JAVA exception in trying to convert the "echo $?" to integer at: 0 utm-test:/tmp # Which basically is the box not breaking the line, to the OpManager terminal (works on putty simply well). OpManager Windows Authentication
This morning I had trouble logging into OpManager and had to log in with the local account, it turned out to be an issue with the domain controller. Fixed that and it all worked OK. So to prevent this in the future I tried to add an additional domain controller to the login section. Tried adding additional DC's seperated by a comma and a semi-colon, didn't work, tried to add a separate entry for the other domain controller and this failed with having the same domain name as the other entry. Hi, I need to build historical traffic reports on op manager. Eg. the in/out traffic for a week or a month... as you may know, data collection tables at OpManager (statsdata_daily_yyyy_mm_dd, ifhcraw_yyyy_mm_dd, etc...) are fractioned when they reach specific amount of rows, and the date range where the tables are "cutted" is variable... so I need a SQL query or procedure, or a view that can join this tables so If I need the weekly or monthly report... something that can query from all required tables.

The CCTV is connected to a laptop running windows 7 enterprise and the current version of chrome. File Count not being monitored
Hi, I am monitoring 3 Windows 2012 r2 print servers. I'm using the file count option to check how many files are in the spool folder. It has been working fine, but all of a sudden one server would show nothing under Folder Size, File Count or Folder Exists. If I test the monitor it says the folder does exist. It has no done the same thing on the other two print servers. Any idea as to why this would happen Best wishes Michael

Hi, I have made some business maps, but I would like to only show servers in error. Is this possible? Is Business Maps the right place to do this? Device Templates not working
Good day I've taken over monitoring at our company and started working on a pre-existing probe. When working on the Windows Server 2012 R2 device template, I set the monitors and their thresholds and everything else, but when I hit Apply I get a blank page. I've logged out and back in to the probe, even restarted the server, but nothing helps. We have other probes setup of other enviroments and it works fine on there, so I know how it's supposed work. Execute Windows Script Problem
Hi there, I'm trying to execute a Windows VBS that works (already tried manually). The problem is, that when I'm using the Workflow Module in Opmanager I cannot work with Windows Scripts.
