SSL Configuration - Multiple alias's or certificates

Hello,

I have configured SSL using a third party certificate in our ManageEngine Opmanager. This is working fine, we have the url configured as https://dc2opmanager.fbinsmi.com. We have issued this certificate using our internal CA server and everything is working as expected.

What we would like to do is also add a subject alternative name or "alias's" to this certificate. Using the java keytool how do you specify a subject alternative name or multiple alias's per certificate?

If you cant, I noticed I can add multiple individual certificates to a single keystore, how ever i cant figure out why its not working. how does java pick which ssl certificate to use?

I am trying to make the following url's work with ssl for our opmanager server.

dc2opmanager.fbinsmi.com
sp1-dc2opmgr.fbinsmi.com
sp1-dc2opmgr
