I am wondering if it is possible to monitor whether or not a TCP/UDP port is open on a particular server, from another server's perspective.

for example, you consider that opmanager has been installed on Server_A.

server B has a service running on 123 TCP port. (MSMQ)

according to firewall hardening, opmanager cannot has acess to this port.

the only server that has is Server_C.

so Server_A (opmanager) should be notices if Server_C find that specifit tcp port as NOT OPEN, in server_B.
