Ref to the below image, Its a switch and I would like to send a e-mail notification when the switch is down.

-But unfortunately, Its down more than 10mins and doesn't get an email. 

-After the switch resumed as normal. I got an email notification (link up). 

-Is there any wrong ? 

-Also, May I have all of your suggest If I want to monitoring the especially device port like Gi0/0       linkup&linkdown. Is it possible? Many thanks.
