Infrastructure URL Monitors are Not Clearing build: 10100
This morning, we are seeing several infrastructure monitors which have not cleared, although the snapshot of the URL, shows the current status as clear. I notice this is not happening with URLs located under a device. We actually noticed this a week ago, but put it off to thinking it could be something we had done. But I can see now these are just not clearing when the URL in fact clears. I'll open a case.

I currently run both SDP and OpManager on the same server. SDP has an SSL certificate and is running on port 443. I would like to purchase an SSL for OpManager, what would be the best apprroach? Can I bind OpManager to a specific IP address? I also have the netflow add-in. Thanks,
Server Dial Graph & clicked through "Process diagnostics" are very different
Can you explain why this is the case? In this example the ram is over 93% utilised and has triggered a critical alert but the dial graph still displays 7%?! I have a case open 4589015 Thanks

Hi, I am running IP SLA on the cisco routers to monitor the availability of the links. Is it possible to configure Opmanager to monitor those IP SLA monitors and report that the link is down if the monitor returns down. Can not restore Opmanager 10100
Hello I seem to be having issues restoring OpManager 10100. My Database is MSSQL 2008 R2 SP2. I'm trying to migrate my data to a new server. I have never had problems with this in the past. On my current OpManager server I am using the data base maintenance tool. I select All Data and Backup Mode is MSSQL to MySQL. Device already present in the System
I have some problems with adding a vmhost after I deleted it. I get the message: "Device already present in the System", but when I search for it as a host or ip I get no results. The reason I deleted the vmhost was that it could not figure out how to display the current VMs after some of them have migrated to another host. I am running MS HyperV cluster with four nodes. Hi, Can Opmanager monitor a website (specifically ping) that states "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied."? Basically I have a web site that some users are reporting to be slow during various times of the day and I wanted to monitor it with opmanager (ping and response times) but due to the configuration Opmanager wont be able to open the site only get the above message. Overview Columns
I'd like to edit my overview to include 2 columns, but am unable to do so. I can select the number of columns, but I can't edit the column widths. If click Save, I get prompted that I need to change the column widths: Anyone seen this before. Only happens on the Overview screen.

Dear Sir, I’m currently using Opmanager 9.0 latest version and my Cisco firewall and router only Availability can monitor but I need to monitor like Memory utilization, Active session count, firewall cpu utilization etc. Therefore I can’t monitor mentioned services and also opened Snmp port in the firewall but still the persist. IPAM Not Providing All IP Addresses
Alright folks... I've installed IPAM / SPM Plugin to monitor our IPs and Switchports. However, particularly with one subnet, I'm only seeing a small portion of IPs. It's also telling me our IP usage is at 99%. It's a /23 network, and is only finding 116 addresses. Ideas?

Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object
Opmgr v.7024 Every device I add, produces the "Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object " when I try to view it. Cisco B Channel configuration
On Auto discovery of a Cisco Device with Voice E1's or T1's the B-Channels are monitored, this does not really make sense as Voice call by definition goes up and down all the time. You can go and remove all the B-Channels from being managed but on many E1's that’s a bit of pain. Is there an easier way to stop B-Channels being picked up in Auto discovery? Kind Regards, Tim

Community: I am new to OpMan so please forgive if this is a simple question. I am looking to apply a global notification policy for every server that we are monitoring for simple ping. I can do this manually per machine, but with 300 machines that is a bit of a task. Is there a way to globally apply a notification profile/rule to every device? Thank you for any input available. Mixed Permissions or access to execute IT Automation Tasks
I have a need to allow my Tier 1 Help Desk to kick of certain IT Automation Workflows when they encounter certain issues. I do not want to give them Full access to achieve this. I would prefer to be able to give them permissions just to the workflow. If this can't be done how do I create users with Full access only to a single device or specific devices but Read-Only to other Devices? It's hard for me to believe that mixed Read/Full access permissions are still not available at this time!?

OpManager 10 not discovering all Hyper-V guests
Hi all, OpManager 10 doesn't seem to be discovering all Hyper-V guests on a given host - there are definitely two guests present, but OpManager is only showing one of them. If I add the missing guest manually, OpManager won't let me change the device category to "Virtual Device". Is there some way to force OpManager to detect all guests again? Network Monitor is not updating
Dear professionals, The network monitor is not updating in Oputils 6, when i add an device it shows as up and monitoring status is running i set monitor every 20 sec and nothing is changing the last update time is kept on the first time i added the device i tried to bring that device down and nothing changed and status still showing up in green Please guide me if there is something wrong i am doing. in addition i can't scan windows machines like in oputlis 5 that have windows credential tab to enter

Hi We use OpManager 9 enterprise (build 9101) and on the machine we also need to run our Anti Virus. It seems there is an issue with Trend Micro Officescan virus with OpManger and I have been working with support to help resolve the issue but still running into problems. I have been advised that I need to open firewall ports and set exclusions for the Antivirus, I have done this but still running into isssues. We have set up exclusions both on folder and application level and excluded the application

Build 9000 -Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object
We are getting the error "Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object : 10.150.0.18" when attempting to open up a recently added device. We get the same error "Unable to fetch Managed Object details for the object : undefined" when attempting to remove partitions that are under Performance Monitors for some Linux VMs running in ESXi.
