I'm having trouble getting a response from some of our devices. The majority of the devices are Allied Telesyn 8000s switches. I am able to add them and have the interfaces listed but no data.

We are also having trouble with our core switch, we aren't able to monitor memory and CPU utilization but the we are getting usage data from ports. Could this be due to the core being a stack of 3 3com switches?

All of these devices work with PRTG network monitoring software.

I'm a compete manage engine rookie so please don't with hold any information because it seems too basic :)

any help would be greatly appreciated.
