Third Party SSL Certificate for OpManager MSP (MSP Center Plus)

Third Party SSL Certificate for OpManager MSP (MSP Center Plus)

I am using MSP Center Plus version 7205. I know it is not officially supported anymore, but maybe someone can help me.

I am trying to install an SSL Certificate from Go Daddy. I followed all the steps on this link: http://help.mspcenterplus.com/Import-third-party-SSL-Certificate.html, very carefully and everything works fine until I get to step 5 and try to import the certificate into the keystore. I get the following error: "keytool error: java.lang.Exception: Failed to establish chain from reply"

I imported the root certificate and the intermediate certificate without problems but can't import my domain certificate. The only difference with that document is that I am using a keysize of 4096. Also tried it with 2048 and had the same issue. Does MSP Center Plus 7205 supports key sizes of 2048 or 4096. (That's required to generate the certificate in Go Daddy). It is the only thing I can think of that could be causing the error.

I did basically the same for ServiceDesk Plus MSP 8.1 and had no problems with it.

Any help will be appreciated.

Gus
