Top 10 interface widget take minutes and block the system

Hi,

I already opened two tickets for this problem and called by phone last week asking assistance, but nobody still answered to them or give me a solution: ticket number 4589481 and 4506484.

I have a customer with OpManager Enterprise 10. Every time he open a dashboard with a "Top 10 interface" widget, the widget takes minutes and minutes to load. The worst thing is that all the system became slow because of that. Nobody is able to work on the system.
It became unusable.

Let's see if somebody will contact me today !!!
