UpdateManager show service pack size as 0
Please follow the below steps and check on the issue:
Download and uzip the UpdMgr folder from the below link, it contains UpdMgr.bat file and follow the steps and check on the issue:

1. Stop the OpManager service.
2. Navigate to <OpManager\NetFlow\bin> for NetFlow Plugin or <NetFlow\bin> for NetFlow Analyzer standalone version, replace the downloaded file.
3. Open Command prompt as Administrator and execute UpdateManager.bat from the location <OpManager\NetFlow\bin> for NetFlow Plugin or <NetFlow\bin> for NetFlow Analyzer standalone version and proceed with the upgrade steps.
