Steps if a device can only repond to SNMP v2 request

To force NFA to use SNMP v2 only.

1. Navigate to <NetFlow\conf> and open the system_properties.conf and add the following property in the very end.

SNMPTargetV2C=true

2. Start the NetFlow Analyzer service and check the issue.
