The error occurs because the number of enabled help desk technicians has reached the limit allowed by the current license.
Administrator access to the ADManager Plus web console.
Log in to the ADManager Plus console with an admin account.
Click the License tab at the top-right corner of the Dashboard.
Check the number of help desk technicians purchased and currently in use, and ensure the license limit has not been reached.
Log in to the ADManager Plus console and go to the Delegation tab.
Review the list of enabled help desk technicians.
If the number of enabled technicians exceeds the licensed limit, disable any unused accounts to stay within the allowed count.
Check if multiple license files were shared and applied to the application.
If an incorrect license was used, remove it and re-upload the correct license file to ensure accurate technician count validation.
If using multiple ADManager Plus instances, ensure that licenses are applied to the correct instance.
