Unable to get Windows Service Monitor Details

Kindly be note that, after upgraded to version 126154 i have issue with WMI credential in all windows devices.
Error Message
Unable to get Windows Service Monitor Details.
Error # Object required,
Please verify the device is reachable and WMI credential is passed
