Patch Download status failed

Good Day,

I have two updates that failed to download and require manual upload.

Patch ID 109939, 111890

According to Read more (https://www.manageengine.com/patch-management/how-to/windows-1122h2-feature-pack-deployment.html?dci&did=junkValue) the ISO files can be downloaded from Microsoft Admin Center.

Follow the steps below to download the ISO image:

  1. Download Windows 11 22H2 ISO file from the Microsoft 365 Admin Center or by referring to this page.
I followed the link and even went there manually, we do not have any Volume Licensing options in Admin Center. I am a Global Administrator, so permissions are not an issue.

I downloaded the Windows 11 (24H2) ISO from https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows11
clicked on Upload, provided the MD5 (also tried SHA256) checksum, wait for it to complete and then after I see the green check mark, I refresh and it still shows the ISO must be uploaded. I've done this twice already with the same result.

The Windows 11 (22H2) - September 2022 Update (x64) ISO was more difficult to locate, but I eventually found and downloaded the ISO. The result after upload was the same. Green check mark, refresh, file needs to be uploaded.

Please advise on how to complete this action and why the files did not automatically  download in the first place? Where can I check what the issue is or is this an expected behavior? Will it be improved or fixed in the future?
