We are delighted to inform that our SDP MSP 10.6 - version , Build - 10600 is released. We thank all our users who shares their feedback and help us in shaping our application. A lot of features, issue fixes and behavior changes are part of this MSP 10.6 release.
Since , it is a major release with a lots of enhancements and behavior changes , I request all users to try this in your test set up only first. Based on the testing results , please do the upgrade in your production during non-operational hours to avoid any surprises.
Please note, Mobile apps (Android , iOS) will not work in this version. We are working on the same and we will notify once the compatible apps are released.

Servlet API and Lower versions Support Update
- Asset Servlet API's are not supported. We have CMDB API for the same. Users needs to change their framework if its used.
Moving to V3 API's for Requester and Technician
ManageEngine Opmanager integration will not work at the moment in 10.6. The concern team is working on the same.
Following is the support policy of ServiceDesk Plus MSP :
- Product support will be offered only for builds that are one year old. To continue receiving support, you should have to move to the latest version of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
- Service packs released will be applicable only over the latest available build of ServiceDesk Plus MSP.
Please note , We already stopped support for builds lesser than 10.5 (Build - 10500). Hence we request our users to upgrade their instance to get further support.
