Internal Error when changing technician role

Internal Error when changing technician role

I encounter the following error "Internal Error" when editing technician information and changing its role. The previous version of my software was 11.1.21, which I updated to the latest version, 11.1.32, and the problem was fixed. But after integrating with Desktop Central, this error is observed. What is your solution in this regard?


I would be appreciate you, if you could me offer a best practice.
