Behavior changes in upcoming SDP MSP Major release version 13.0

Greetings for the day.
We are working on our next major release SDP MSP version 13.0 and its due for release within this year end. We are building several features ,more customizations, API in this release.
As an MSP application, we should restrict wrong handling of any configurations , data such that an account details should not be shared with other account in our product.
There are certain cases , where we have been allowing to share requests for technicians(though they are not associated with the account). As this is raised as a security concern , we are stopping this capability further from this major release. If any user has any concern in this regard, please contact our support at support@servicedeskplusmsp.com and we will validate the need of it and proceed accordingly.
