Link to Contract documents within Contracts
Hi, We use the Contracts module in ME SD. However our company policy is to store our contracts in our CMS. Is there a way to link to these contracts rather than having to store them within ME? This functionality is critical for us to be able to continue using ME SD for our CMDB asset tracking. Being able to support a URL format within the "Attach file" section would be ideal and clean.
SDP On-demand CMDB limited?
Hi there, first of all: i've put up a post last week and i submitted it. No trace of that post to be found... not in "My Area", not on the forums itself. Probe Still Says yet to Scan
Hello, I have installed the probe on my windows 8 laptop. I have registered it and set it to do a domain and a network scan. For the domain, what is the username format that should be used? Either way. The probe says that its checking in but when I schedule it to scan nothing happens. The network scan and the domain scan have the little exclamation mark that says "yet to scan"
ServiceDesk Plus Service Catalogue Category - 500 error when trying to 'Add Service'
(Asked in respect to ServiceDesk Plus 9008) Apologies if this is covered somewhere else, but I am experiencing a http 500 error trying to 'Add Service' to Business Services in the Service Catalogue. I uploaded the Business Services through the CMDB CI upload and have added the images through the Service Catalogue 'Manage' 'Service Categories' area successfully without errors, but it looks like if I upload them through the CMDB, certain database entries are not getting created that are required
Upgrade from 8212 to 9010 CMDB/Assets not showing Relationships
I did a stepped migration from 8212 to 8217 then 8217 to 9000 and then 9000 to 9010 yesterday. Since then we are unable to add or view relationships for Asset or CMDB objects. The message "No CIs found in this view." shows up in place of the actual related object. Screenshot is below.
CMDB integration
Hi, We just installed opmanager 11.100 and I want to try the new CMDB integration. We already have the SDP integration working (tickets are submitted to SDP) but on the admin product add-in page the options for "Ticket re-open settings" and "Asset sync deatils" are not saved. The buttons "sync now" and "Test connection and save" do not work when clicked upon with the mouse (EI, chroma and FF same result). I can use TAB to go to the "Test connection and save" button and the opmanager says it saves
CMDB settings.
Hi I wonder if it's possible that CMDB can be visualized by all the technical in each one of them roles.At this time, CMDB can be visualized by the admin only. Thank you. B.R.
Configuration Item Type - Additional Attributes
Hi! I´m wondering if it´s possible to make the Attributes that I create in Configuration Item Type Mandatory in the future. CMDB work flow diagram
Hi, I have Op Manager Premium Edition 8 (WinServer2003). Now I want to implement a configuration managment database (CMDB), so I tried the demo of Service Desk Plus Enterprise Edition, but I could'nt find that I'm looking for. Because I need to watch a diagram with all of the network components (or some of them) and their relationships.
