HI: I am trying Trail Version , I Make Some User as Department Head and Enable Service Catalog Approval Option ... and other User from the Same Department can make Service Request , and i create some role for the dept. Head users and Assign . Setup : When the user make service request and it will go to dept head and he will approve the Request Problem : but the Dept head user cannot see the Service request of their dept users, How can i fix this Issue..?

Time spent and Worklog
What's the difference between Time Spent and "Total" of all Worklog times (see attachments -- Worklog time is 8 hr and Time spent is 15 hr)? I need a report that summarizes all the worklog times for specified requests. Something like that: Requiest ID | Requester | Technician | Worklog time | How can i do it?

Report for requesters
Is there anyway I can have a report that is viewable by certain requesters, its mean to show statistical information on changes that they have requested. I currently do not see an obvious way in the application functionality to do this.
Change 'Last Week' from Sunday-Saturday to Monday-Sunday
I've noticed that the predefined date filter for Last Week starts on a Sunday and finishes on a Saturday, unfortunately our working week starts on a Monday. Is there a way to change Last Week to start on a Monday and end on a Saturday instead?

I am using serviceDesk plus, that contains data I mean request,problems,incident etc, but when I go to print the report it doesn't show any data like nothing you entered,is there any means that I can see my entered data in my report or do I suppose to configure something or what can I do Please Help

Hi My client is Using Version 6 and I need to show a simple SQL view that reports their incidents and requests separately just with basic data on age of request, closed or open etc. I've never seen your product before and just looking at the huge table structure makes no sense to me. Could you point me to a link to an Entity Relationship Diagram or at least to the "incident" "request" etc table that I need to show the live and closed reported events. Thanks Bob

Hi, I have created a new custom report based on a query. The new report is public and I published it in an existing folder. The problem is that some users with technical profiles (authorized to view only the requests of their group or assigned to them) can’t view the report in the folder. I was looking for a single report to track new requests each week/month versus resolved requests by technician. My SQL is a little rusty, so before getting out my reference books I'd thought that I would check in case anyone already has done this. How to have multiple SLA for the same site- SLA depending upon the time of logging of request
We want to have multiple SLA for the same site.The type of SLA applicable should be depending upon the time of logging of the request. If the time of request is say 12PM, then Low SLA should be applicable, and if time of logging is 3PM, then High SLA should automatically get applied. Also the same asset should be possible to associate to multiple sites and SLAs.

SQL report on a changed field
Good afternoon, In an effort to help train our helpdesk about the correct way to escalate tickets we have added a custom field "Marked for Review" so that we can run a report and look at tickets that escalated in-correctly. Domain Id Migration - Login Name Change from Andrew to Sam Andrew
One of my user who was earlier login in domain A has his id migrated to domian B . The login id in both the domain is Andrew but the login name is change from Andrew to Sam Andrew. Both this person are the same. The question is . What ever report created under the old domain cannot be seen when Andrew logs in to the new domain. How can he migrate the report over to his new domain profile . eg login id is Andrew Login Name is Andrew (Old Domain) Aging Report, Weekly Priority One Incident

What table are user created custom fields located in? I'm performing reporting using Crystal Reports and need to capture a Responded Date field that I captured. Also, is there a field I can report on to capture the date and time that the request was placed in a Resolved status before being closed?
Need service tag field included in reports

I created a report yesterday to list all requests for HR department groups that gathers information from the previous day. I've done similar reports with different time frame filters with test data. The one I created yesterday is to be the production report that HR requested. Since they just started using ServiceDesk Plus yesterday, there was no live data for the report to collect.
