Change 'Last Week' from Sunday-Saturday to Monday-Sunday

Change 'Last Week' from Sunday-Saturday to Monday-Sunday

I've noticed that the predefined date filter for Last Week starts on a Sunday and finishes on a Saturday, unfortunately our working week starts on a Monday.

Is there a way to change Last Week to start on a Monday and end on a Saturday instead?
