Charts in reports do not center properly for printing
I created a custom report and added a chart. No matter which chart I choose, it is moved to the right of the center. When I go to print, part of the right side of the chart gets cut off.

Hello, I'm trying to install ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus 7.6.0 Build 7604 and then upgrade it to Build 7605 by installing Service Pack. But when i configuring LDAP settings, i got an connection like this: FAILURE :Domain Controller saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to connect with LDAP Server - Please check your inputs. I try to connect to Domain Controller on Port 389 with telnet and there isn't any connection problem! Please help...

Hi ManageEngine, The technician have picked up, added 1st note and edited the status for the ticket. Then today the technician tried to change it to Resolve but can’t because the ticket is still unassigned even though the technician have picked up. After that the technician edit, choose her name and saved but suddenly she can’t see the ticket anymore. Please help to check. Similar issue happened before, is there any step that she did wrongly?

Hi I have written a sql report to display category, subcategory and item details and would like to ignore the greyed-out records but I cannot work out which tables I need to access to achieve this. I tried isdeleted fields but they refer to genuinely deleted record. Problem with the Servicedesk+ App for IPhone and Android.
Hello together We have a Problem with the Servicedesk+ App for IPhone and Android. The Problem is that we can only opening our Incidents but not our Tasks and approval. On my IPhone i have the following Error Message: Request failed unauthorized (401) On the Android Phone we become only a message with ERROR. I have Admin rights in Servicedesk+. query report for all scheduled reports
I am reporting this as a problem, because the query report is a workaround only. We were informed that the SDP admin cannot see all scheduled reports in the user interface by design. This is very bad situation, when SDP admin don;t have any control on scheduled reports e.g. by technicians who are no longer working. Please create query reports which can provide the below information across ALL scheduled in SDP reports: Report name \ Next Scheduled Date \ Recipients \ Techncian Name (owner)
Mail fetching running but stops fetching
We have a SD build 8127, upgraded from previous versions. Before upgrade there was no problems, but now mail fetching stops every two or three days (status in Admin-mail server is RUNNING, last attempt time freezes). Pressing "Stop fetching" and then 'Start fetching" doesn't help. We can only restart windows service - this helps.

Issue with Custom Report (filter by Ref. Ticket Number)
Hello, I ran into an issue while creating a Custom Report for tickets that: 1) Were created this year (works fine) 2) Ref. Ticket Number field is not empty I selected the Advance Filter - Ref.Ticket Number 'is not' None The report runs correctly for the first two to three pages but I see a lot of 'Not Assigned' (basically blank field) starting page four. When you go to create a new task off a ticket in Safari it will crash the tab.
ME isn’t recording who has receipted the goods
Noted that there is an issue where Servicedesk plus (Purchase) dose not always show who receipted the goods (in the history tab). This can cause issues when there is discrepancies in the assets received. Also noted that the history is not in date order. Anyone else have this problem and how can we fix this?

After loading Password Manager in Chrome I cannot load Service Desk
Both PW Manager and Service Desk work alongside each other in Internet Explorer and also work separately in both Chrome and IE. However if I open up PW Manager in Chrome and then attempt to open Service Desk in Chrome the page does not load and it returns an SSL Error saying that it cannot get a secure connection but works if Password Manager was never opened. Unable to create a new solution
Hi, We have recently upgraded to Build 9200, which I have noticed is no longer being advertised on the service packs site? We are no longer able to create a new solution in SD+, we are able to click on the new solution but unable to populate the contents box, we can though populate a title, select topic and fill in keywords. Another issue which has cropped up is the advanced search button on the requests section isn't visible, if we click on the space where the button should be it loads advanced

Exchange 2010 Mail Settings
I am unable to setup Service Desk Plus with an email on exchange 2010 everytime i try to edit the settings i get this. FAILURE :Email Settings saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to check connection with mail server - Problem connecting to mailbox. I was told by a support rep. that manage engine doesn't support exchange 2010, and had no estimated date that they would support 2010. Surely there is some way to make it work... please any help would be appreciated.
Time spent by Tech report - seems incorrect
I have ran a custom 'Tech time spent' report, but it assigns time to another technician's total time spent when time is spent on that technicians ticket by a different technician?? e.g. John Smith works on Joe Bloggs ticket and Joe Bloggs has that time added to his total time spent, when this should really go against John Smith's time spent total. Can this be fixed please?

Hi, I have some questions about data migration between ServiceDesk Plus MSP and ServiceDesk Plus. Is there any way to migrate work task associated with a request? My servicedesk plus msp license expires in December and I saw that the ServiceDesk plus is more suited to the needs of the company but we don't want to lose the information requests that are already created. Hi, I am running the latest version of the service desk plus app and the latest version of service desk plus. However i don't receive push notifications. If I go into the app then i will get see the 1 comes up or however many jobs i have but i dont get an alert. Still getting duplicate users / requesters
HI everyone, After updating to 8002, we are still getting new requesters duplicated when a ticket comes in. Each time we delete a duplicate requester, when the user submits another ticket, it just creates a new one with no login and no domain or any other information. The original requester is still there too. I also noticed service desk keeps picking up our domain name as a new domain. We've always had it setup as its' netbios name, "domain1". Advanced filtering rules order
I created custom report on requests with advanced filtering defined (see Correct report filter.png). After saving this report and re-opening it filter rules order changes (see Filter configuration after report saving.png) thus my report shows incorrect data.
Report module not working after apply the latest patch (9.0 Build 9043)
After apply the new bundle patch "ManageEngine_ServiceDesk_Plus_9_0_0_SP-0_43_0". we are unable to run the report. When we click on report it shows bellow error. After apply the patch we have seen that one file(jasperreports-2.0.5-javaflow.jar) added on location (E:\ManageEngine\ServiceDesk\server\default\lib). We have stop the service & remove this file. Word Wrap in Notes Not Working

Hello, after installing Build 9039 some functions stop working that is critical for our workflow. This is what we have notice so far, Issues regarding entering a resolution the tech can not enter a text. issues regarding sending replies to review, stop working when using templates, The content the thec have filled in don't show in the draft.
