LDAP Connection problem

Hello, 
I'm trying to install ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus  7.6.0 Build 7604 and then upgrade it to Build 7605 by installing Service Pack. But when i configuring LDAP settings, i got an connection like this: FAILURE :Domain Controller saved successfully. But error occurred while trying to connect with LDAP Server - Please check your inputs.

I try to connect to Domain Controller on Port 389 with telnet and there isn't any connection problem!

Please help...
