Unexpected MS SQL DB grow
Hello Started from one of the last patches (Probably 9108) we have extremely unexpected Database growing. We have Win installation with MS SQL db DB size for last two years grown from 3 to 5Gb (before apply patch) It is grown to 27Gb for last few month Two biggest table: notificationTodesc - 24Gb (19955 records), 11Gb on disk while SD backup running conversationdescription - 1,4Gb (18683 records) So, we have run out of disk space in few month. Backup process takes about 30Gb while running. Please

Form Rules
Hi, I am trying to configure some form rules so if a user/requester selects a certain location from a drop down field, then another location field appears. I have added some more rules to mandate fields and these work fine. If i select a location then it will mandate another field. However the only rule I can not seem to get working is: - If we select a certain location from the drop down list then needs to show another field box 'location 1'. We are trying to make location work in a similar way
Need ability to pass ampersand (&) as a parameter value in the REST API
I am creating a Service Request using the REST API. Some of the data fields may contain special characters, such as the ampersand (&). How do I properly format or send the request? Category, subcategory, and item drop down menu's
when making a template I have been wanting to use item drop down menus. But when I set the Category so that the requester cannot set it makes it so that the requester cannot set the subcategory and item menu's either. Ideally I would like to make the Category and Subcategory menu's not mandatory, can be viewed but NOT set by the requester. hi guys, We have a servicedesk about 5 people who are responsible for closing the request. How do the servicedesk guys know that technicians have changed the request status to resolved ? And the options of drop-down menu in the "request" page are not enough to show the resolved requests. Thanks.

Folks, Do you have a Defect Tracking process and, if so, do you track defects within SDP? We currently handle SDLC management outside of SDP, but we don't have a great hand-off or tracking mechanism going into two systems. We would like to track all of our work in SDP for reporting purposes, but can anyone suggest a method for handling the Defect Management Lifecycle as it pertains to the following: 1. Where Defects are logged and stored when they aren't brought in through the support lifecycle.

Since we did the upgrade to 9113 our login screen appears in the upper left corner of browser. How do I fix this so it appears in the center as before? Also how do I remove the Product Overview button once logged in on the main screen.
Categories Incorrect in Mobile App
I'm using the Android mobile app (version 1.4) and on requests I'm seeing incorrect category, subcategory, and Item. I'm also unable to change them from the mobile app. When I make the change and save it, they revert back. Example is attached. Categories, Subcategories and Items were imported from a spread sheet.
Recommended Configuration Order
Hello, In the next month we will be doing a nice clean build of Manage Engine. I've got my Admin guide and the current system build. What I was hoping to find somewhere is the recommended Configuration order for example I'm guessing the Sites should be configured before the Requesters are completed. The Admin guide appears to just be in order that the configuration appears under Admin, not necessarily what order each this is best configured in. Anyone know where I can find this, or has anyone documented

Integrating SD+ with 3rd Party (Clearview)
We will soon be working with an external vendor to handle hardware repair for our PCs. The initial request for service will come in through my service desk (SD+). If there's a hardware repair needed I will be needing to somehow get the pertinent info to them. They use Clearview by Nexterna for their ticketing system. having trouble importing assets
I am using a csv file to import our current inventory and when add in all my info it says success of 38 items but when I go to my asset page to verify it only shows 1 imported. is there another way other than entering everything manually or am I just doing something wrong?

When creating a template I cannot insert a hyperlink. whether I copy and paste it, click on the hyperlink button, the end result is a linkless text. Is this a known issue or am I missing something?
