Customizing SDP+ - Change fonts, CSS and colors

I've changed my SDP+ over time quite a bit. I want to give others the opportunity to take a peek into how my instance looks right now, and how i managed to change it into what it is today. The changes have been made in several areas of SDP:
- The core CSS files (in attachment), the logo and the coloring (within SDP itself) (for understandable reasons i've deleted the logo into the screenshot in the link below)
My main focus was to change the used fonts into something that would appear a lot nicer on screen, and improved readability (a lot). I've mainly changed the used font to Segoe UI, mainly because this font is specifically developed for use in UX-design. The font family i'm using mainly is Segoe UI, Verdana, Sans-Serif. Next to that i've managed to change the coloring into something that fitted our corporation, while it being somewhat nicer (although that is rather subjective)

If you want to try: i'd suggest installing a SDP dev or test instance first, and overwrite the CSS files attached in this post.
If you want to install onto your own production instance (AT YOUR OWN RISK), take a backup at least, and overwrite the files.(
best practice is to rename your existing files to .OLD (or something alike) and copy them in.
I am using this layout for about 2.5 years now, without any problems whatsoever.
It'll probably be necessary sooner or later to revisit the CSS files once more and more new and/or changed functionality is being added.
PS: if you upgrade to the latest build, you will have to overwrite the files again to retain the CSS-changes.
