Send email to a specific request

Hi guys,
Does anyone know if is it possible to send an email to the service desk (specifying something in the object) and let the system automatically add the email in the Requester Conversations section of a specific request.

I mean, if I send an email from the request and the user replies, the email is automatically inserted in the Requester Conversations. But what if I want to add an email that users sent to my personal address?
